The Granada Theatre pipe organ, installed in 1927, was removed from the building circa 1970 and reinstalled in a collector’s private residence.

In the 1980s, the building has been converted to a nightclub. In 2000, the Granada pipe organ was reinstalled in the Keith-Albee Theatre in Huntington, West Virginia.
