The Clinton Theatre exists and operates today in Portland as the Clinton Street Theater.
Portland’s street numbering changed in 1933.
In 1945, the theatre’s name changed to the 26th Avenue Theatre. In 1969, the name was again was changed to the Encore Theatre. In 1976, the theater was again changed to the Clinton Street Theater.
