New York Motion Picture Corporation evolved from the New York Motion Picture Company at an undetermined time before 1917. Corporation production units and brand names were Broncho Motion Picture Company (westerns), Domino (comedies), Kay-Bee (dramas) and 101-Bison (westerns). Kessel and Baumann sold the corporation to Triangle Film Corporation late in 1916 or early in 1917.
